The Burdekin Rags to Runway, hosted annually by the Burdekin Artisans Community Association, showcases recycled clothing and accessories. The competition calls for entrants to exhibit their creativity by transforming used clothing into fashionable runway pieces in seven categories: 13 years and under, 13 years to 18 years, ladies racewear budget challenge, trendsetter racewear budget challenge, budget challenge, open section and accessory section. The competition will be held at the Greek Hall on Eighth Avenue, Home Hill.
